Our Investment Criteria
Before you submit an application for an Amsvest investment, please
ensure that your business meets the following criteria:
Your business is located in the UK.
The business is more than just an idea. Either you have
already started the business, or you have experience within
the relevant industry / sector.
The business sells/manufactures a product or offers a specific service.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not interested in
businesses that rely on monetising web traffic, e.g. dating
sites, price comparison engines, social media platforms,
etc.
We typically offer investments between £100,000 and £500,000
for a minimum 50% stake in the business.
Your business plan
Before you submit an application for an Amsvest investment, please
ensure that your business meets the following criteria:
A max. 500-word synopsis of your proposition, including a
brief description of the product / service you provide. State
what relevant experience you have, and whether you have any
people working with you in the business at present. What is
the size of your market in the UK? Who are your main
competitors? What level of investment do you require, and what
do you need it for?
If you are already in business, please provide a brief summary
of your current turnover, profit/loss account, balance sheet
and cash flow, together with projections for the next 3 years.
